What Happens in a Coaching Session with me?

  • Clarity check-in:

    We start by exploring where you are right now — how you’re feeling, what challenges you’re facing, and what’s been holding you back. This creates a safe space for honest reflection and insight.

  • Goal setting :
    We define what you truly want—whether it’s pursuing a long held dream, building confidence, or making a significant life decision. Your goals will be meaningful, realistic, and aligned with your deepest values.
  • Exploring challenges:
    We identify barriers and unhelpful behaviour patterns that are holding you back.
  • Mindset work:
    Using anchor techniques like the ‘Why’ ladder, weekly wins, future self-visualisation and thought reframing you will build resilience and gain clarity and confidence.
  • Action planning:
    Once your goals are clear, we create a practical, achievable action plan with realistic steps you can start taking straight away. No overwhelm, just progress.
  • Tools & techniques:
    You’ll learn practical, easy-to-use strategies such as mindfulness exercises, habit tracking, worksheets, journaling and more — designed to help you stay focused, calm, and in control between sessions.
  • Accountability & support:
    You’ll leave each session with a clear focus and agreed next steps. I’ll support you, encourage you and help to hold you accountable as you move forward.
