If something in your life no longer feels right, you’re in the right place.
On the outside, you may look capable, busy and as though you’re holding everything together. But underneath, something feels off.
Maybe something life-changing has happened.
Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened at all.
Life may look fine from the outside, but you feel disconnected from what you want, tired of repeating the same patterns or unsure why you no longer feel like yourself.
You might explain it away as stress, hormones, burnout, responsibility or “just one of those things.”
But deep down, you already know something needs to change.
The work I do is about helping you understand what has been shaping you, rebuild trust in your own voice and begin acting on what you already know.
I’m Jasmine, founder of Mind Kind™ — Self-Trust Coach, RTT® hypnotherapist and coach.
I help women understand what has been shaping them, learn to trust what they know and choose what they want next.

Holding It All Together
For nearly twenty years, I built a corporate career that, from the outside, looked successful. I appeared confident, capable and in control — as though I had everything mapped out.
I knew how to deliver, perform and keep things moving forward.
By most people’s standards, it was success.
But what it looked like on the surface did not reflect what was happening underneath. Inside, I was often driven by anxiety, self-doubt and the pressure to get everything right.
I questioned whether I truly deserved my position, and the pressure to keep proving myself never really switched off.
I naturally mentored and supported others, and I genuinely loved that part of my work. But alongside that, I was over-giving, people-pleasing and ignoring my own needs.
I could function well, but I was not fully connected to myself.
Something had to change.
The Turning Point

I left the corporate world to start a business — something I had always told myself I wanted.
But in truth, it was not fully my vision. It was my ex-partner’s dream, and I had allowed myself to be carried along with it.
When the relationship ended, the business ended too and everything I had been suppressing for years came to the surface at once.
The self-doubt.
The lack of boundaries.
The choices I had made while doubting myself.
The beliefs I held about what I was worth.
For a while, I wanted to blame the circumstances.
But eventually I had to look deeper.
I had to ask why I had chosen that path, why I had stayed in patterns that did not serve me, and why I had trusted other people’s certainty more than my own.
That was the point I stopped looking only at what had happened — and started looking at what had been driving it.
That changed everything.
Below the Surface

I became deeply curious about why a capable, strong woman like me kept repeating patterns I knew I did not want.
So I started looking properly at what I had been avoiding. I went deeper than I ever had before — facing what I had hidden from, questioning what I had believed about myself, and being honest about the choices I had made and what had been driving them.
What I came to understand changed the direction of my life.
It was not about lacking self-discipline. It was not about needing to try harder or become “better.”
It was about understanding what had been shaping the patterns — the beliefs, fears, roles and protective responses I had learned to live from.
The things I had learned to believe about myself, what I deserved, what was safe, what love required and what happened when I chose myself.
The beliefs we take on, especially early in life, can shape so much: what we expect, what we accept, how we respond, and what we believe is available to us.
For some people, awareness and support are enough. For others, the same patterns keep returning because something deeper still needs to be understood and changed.
That is what led me to train first as a coach, and then as an RTT® hypnotherapist — using coaching and hypnotherapy to work directly with the beliefs beneath the surface.
That became the foundation of my work: helping women understand what is driving the pattern, rebuild self-trust and make choices from a steadier, more honest place.
The Work I Do

I work with women who already know something needs to change, but keep doubting themselves, delaying decisions or returning to old patterns. Helping you understand what has been shaping your thoughts, reactions and choices — so you can stop only managing the surface and begin working with what is actually driving the pattern.
This is where the work goes deeper than insight alone.
You begin to understand yourself more clearly, rebuild trust in your own voice and make choices from self-trust rather than uncertainty, guilt or old patterns.
If you’re ready to explore whether this work is right for you, the next step is a consultation.

I’m committed to helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and make changes that genuinely improve how you live and experience your life.
I’ll support you with care, honesty, and a focus on lasting change.
