          I know what it’s like to spend years being there for everyone else, adapting to fit the roles other people expected of me and holding everything together.

          For a long time, I looked capable on the outside while feeling disconnected on the inside. I had spent years adapting to what other people needed me to be and had become disconnected from my own voice.

          I now help women understand the beliefs, protective patterns and emotional responses that have shaped their choices, to rebuild self-trust and begin acting on what they already know.

          When life feels uncertain, you often go back to what you know. You may stay busy, overthink decisions, doubt yourself
          and tell yourself to be grateful — even when something doesn’t feel right.
