Partnered with our sister business, Mind Kind Escapes, we offer bespoke wellbeing retreats in the UK that incorporate: mindfulness activities and workshops; sightseeing tours of the local countryside, historical locations and beauty spots: and Reiki, Yoga and coaching and hypnotherapy sessions.

These activities consist of several different bespoke options and combinations which can be planned to suit you as both an individual and part of a group.
