What is RTT® – Rapid Transformational Therapy
RTT® Rapid Transformational Therapy is a therapeutic approach developed by internationally recognised therapist and hypnotherapist Marisa Peer.
It combines elements of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to work directly with the subconscious mind.
Many of the patterns that shape our behaviour are rooted in beliefs formed much earlier in life. These beliefs often operate outside our conscious awareness, yet they influence how we think, respond and make decisions.
RTT® helps uncover and reframe those beliefs so that the patterns they create can begin to shift.
Rather than focusing only on surface behaviours, this work looks at the deeper beliefs that have been shaping your experience.

How RTT® Works:
RTT® uses hypnosis to guide you into a relaxed and focused state where the subconscious mind becomes more accessible.
In this state, we are able to explore the experiences and beliefs that may have contributed to the patterns you are experiencing today.
Through this process we:
• Access the subconscious mind in a calm, focused state
• Identify experiences and beliefs that may be influencing current patterns
• Reframe and replace limiting beliefs with more supportive perspectives
• Support lasting change by addressing the root of the issue
Many clients notice meaningful shifts within a relatively short period of time because the work focuses on the source of the issue rather than only its symptoms.
What Happens During an RTT® Session:
During an RTT® session we explore the experiences that may have contributed to the beliefs shaping the issue you would like to change.
Through guided hypnosis we identify where those beliefs may have formed and begin reframing them in a way that supports a healthier and more empowering perspective.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process. My role is simply to guide you through the experience and help you make sense of what emerges.
If you have never experienced hypnosis before, it is natural to feel curious or unsure about what to expect. I am always happy to explain the process in more detail.
To help you feel comfortable, I can also provide a short relaxation audio before your session so you can become familiar with the experience in advance.
RTT® and Coaching:
RTT® hypnotherapy and coaching complement each other, but they work in different ways.
RTT® focuses on the subconscious beliefs that shape how you think, feel and respond. By identifying and reframing these beliefs, it helps create meaningful change at the root of an issue.
Coaching focuses on awareness, perspective and forward movement — helping you integrate new thinking patterns and make decisions that reflect who you are becoming.
When used together — as they are within The Midlife Reset Method™ — they support both insight and lasting belief-level change.
