Hypnotherapy is a gentle, therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis, a natural, focused state of attention, and guided relaxation to help you access your subconscious mind — the part of you where long-held thoughts, beliefs, and habits live.
In this deeply relaxed state, the conscious mind quiets, creating space to uncover and release limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and behavioural patterns that may have been holding you back.
Unlike stage hypnosis, hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and collaborative. You remain in control throughout the session, simply entering a calm, inwardly focused state where healing and positive change can take root.
Limiting beliefs are the deeply held, subconscious thoughts or assumptions you hold about yourself, others, or the world – that hold you back from achieving your full potential or experiencing life fully. They’re the quiet, inner narratives that we listen to and believe.
RTT is a combination of Hypnotherapy and other well known therapy practices, and is safe and effective for most people. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions, such as epilepsy or any form of psychosis. Please share any health concerns during your initial consultation.
With RTT, some challenges such as fears, phobias, smoking, or sleep issues can often be resolved in just one session. For deeper concerns like grief, trauma, or depression, two to three sessions may be more beneficial—though meaningful change can also happen in a single session. You’ll also receive a personalised 21-day hypnosis audio recording, which is a crucial part of supporting lasting transformation.
For Coaching, I recommend a minimum of three sessions. This gives us the time and space to explore multiple areas of your life, build momentum, and create sustained change for the future.
