Hello, I’m Jasmine,
Welcome to Mind Kind

My journey to you

I was born in London and spent the first half of my life there before moving to the North of England, where I had my son and worked in sales, and hospitality. I later spent 17 years as an Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry—an environment that taught me a lot, but ultimately took a toll on my mental health.

Growing up, I had a bright, inquisitive mind and a perfectionist streak, but with that came anxiety, overthinking, and a constant feeling of not being good enough. That pattern of self-doubt and self-sabotage followed me through both my personal and professional life, shaping relationships and fuelling imposter syndrome.

After a painful breakup and stepping away from the business I had built with my ex-partner, I finally pressed pause. I recognised that I was making choices that kept me stuck—people-pleasing, ignoring my own needs, and fearing judgment. And while I had grown skilled at mentoring and coaching others, I still felt lost and disconnected from myself.

Dignity Exhibit

Finding my way

That realisation sparked a deep desire to look inward and understand why I kept repeating the same behaviours while expecting a different outcome. I recognised that the real work had to begin with me. Over the years that followed, I faced the stress, trauma, and unhelpful patterns I had been carrying—and in doing so, I uncovered my true passion: helping others in a way that also nurtures my own wellbeing and growth.

I became fascinated by the power of the subconscious mind—especially how the beliefs we hold about ourselves are not always the truth. After qualifying as a mindset coach, I trained further to become a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Today, I am happy and grounded, with the understanding that we are all simply doing our best while carrying the weight of past experiences and pain. What inspires me now is knowing there is a way to help people step into a future filled with possibility.
