We regularly review and update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.

Terms and Conditions

At Mind Kind Escapes, we are committed to providing quality and exceptional care to support you on your journey towards well-being. The process involves thoughtful consideration, personalised plans, and careful scheduling to maximise the benefit of the services offered.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they outline booking, payment, and refund policies.

1. Services

Hypnotherapy and coaching services are provided to support personal and/or professional growth. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice.

2. Consultation and Information Gathering

Upon initial contact, we engage in a comprehensive consultation process which may include communication via email, text, phone call, or face to face via Zoom. A tailored plan and thoughtful responses are provided to help you overcome your specific challenges. During this process you have a right to take time to consider what is being offered to you.

3. Bookings and Payments

Once you book a date for a session or course booking, you will be asked for payment.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

If you wish to change a booking date, please do so no less than 3 days in advance or your session will be lost.

If I must cancel or rearrange a session, I will give you the opportunity to switch to an alternative date or credit you against a future session.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the time spent on the consultation, information gathering, and planning process, there is a firm commitment to scheduling and appointments. Once you accept the payment agreement and make the payment, no refund will be made under any circumstances, including if you later decide not to proceed or feel you are not ready.

Accommodations will be made to change appointment dates where possible when genuine circumstances arise — however, a change of heart, avoidance, or delay in readiness does not warrant a refund.

5. Missed Appointments

If you miss an appointment:

  • It can be rescheduled at your convenience for within the following 4 weeks.
  • Further rescheduling will be at our discretion.
  • Failure to uphold the rescheduled appointment without at least 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
  • It is the client’s responsibility, where sessions are missed, to remain in contact and complete sessions within a reasonable timeframe. If more than six months pass without communication or attendance, it will be assumed the programme is no longer required. The file will be closed, and any remaining sessions will be considered expired.

6. Client Responsibility in Therapy

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that relies on both the therapist and the client working together.

Your commitment, openness, and active participation are vital to the success of the therapy. You are encouraged to be fully engaged in the process.

If you book a session with me, I take it that you are committed to the process and engaged and committed to healing.

As part of your hypnotherapy process, you will receive a personalised audio recording after your session. For best and lasting results, you are expected to listen to this recording daily for a minimum of 21 days. Please note that if you do not follow this guidance, the effectiveness of your results may be reduced.

Please ask if there is anything that you are not sure about.
