    A guided 12-week process that moves you through three stages – Release, Rebuild and Rise – so change isn’t just created, but sustained.

    RTT® Hypnotherapy Sessions
    Three deep-dive RTT® sessions, each up to 2 hours, focused on uncovering and shifting the underlying beliefs driving your thoughts, behaviours and patterns.

    Personalised Hypnosis Recordings
    Each session is followed by a bespoke recording, designed to reinforce and embed the changes between sessions through repetition.

    Structured Coaching Sessions
    Ongoing coaching to support integration, decision-making and forward movement, so you’re not just gaining insight, but applying it in a way that creates real change.

    6 or 12 Week Coaching Programme (90 minute sessions)

    Each session is structured to create both insight and forward movement – so you leave with clarity, direction and clear next steps.

    2. Clarifying focus & direction
    Defining what you need from the session and refining your direction.

    3. Exploring challenges & patterns
    Identifying the patterns and behaviours influencing your situation.

    4. Belief & mindset work
    Working with the thinking driving those patterns to begin changing them.

    5. Decision-making & action planning
    Turning insight into clear, realistic next steps.


    Tools & Integration

    You’ll be given simple, effective tools to help you regulate, refocus and apply what we’ve worked through between sessions.

    • Structured PDF and workbook guides to help you process and apply what’s changing.
    • Simple, effective tools to support you between sessions and beyond the programme.
    • Post-session check-in (WhatsApp/Text) to support integration, maintain momentum and keep you accountable.
