Each coaching session follows a simple structure:

  1. Reflection check-in: Understanding where you are and what’s influencing you currently
  2. Clarity: Gaining insight on what needs to change
  3. Focus: Create achievable next steps
  4. Action: Move forward with certainty towards your goals
