What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT™) is a powerful, results-driven therapeutic method developed over the past 30 years by internationally renowned therapist and hypnotherapist Marisa Peer.
This innovative approach blends the most effective elements of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to access the deepest layers of the subconscious mind. In doing so, it helps identify and clear limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and outdated patterns that no longer serve you.
RTT works by rewiring the brain’s neural pathways and replacing negative behaviours and thought patterns with empowering, positive beliefs. As a result, many clients experience significant breakthroughs within just 28 to 90 days—making RTT a uniquely rapid and transformative form of therapy.


How RTT Works:

Accessing the Subconscious:
RTT utilizes hypnosis to guide individuals into a relaxed, receptive state, allowing them to access their subconscious mind.

Identifying and Rewiring Beliefs:In this state, individuals can identify negative or limiting beliefs and experiences that may be holding them back.

Replacing Limiting Beliefs:RTT involves replacing these old beliefs with new, empowering ones, creating new neural pathways.

Creating Lasting Change:The therapy aims to create lasting change by addressing the root causes of issues, rather than just the surface symptoms.
During the session we will identify the root cause of an issue by reviewing scenes in your life where you created limiting beliefs about yourself. I will then help you to identify and remove the old, limiting beliefs and install new ones through a powerful transformation at the end. You will be in full control at all times, and I will be there with you to guide you through the process.
