Booking is simple and straightforward. Just choose a time that works for you through my online booking page, and you’ll receive a confirmation straight away.
With RTT, some challenges such as fears, phobias, smoking, or sleep issues can often be resolved in just one session. For deeper concerns like grief, trauma, or depression, two to three sessions may be more beneficial—though meaningful change can also happen in a single session. You’ll also receive a personalised 21-day hypnosis audio recording, which is a crucial part of supporting lasting transformation.
For Coaching, I recommend a minimum of three sessions. This gives us the time and space to explore multiple areas of your life, build momentum, and create sustained change for the future.
